Herein is my new pick: PVLH has a $1.50 price target by a CFA (see PR February 21, 2007). Promotora is a real estate development company with a huge potential. At 10 cents it sure looks like a very safe investment in what could potentially skyrocket in the very near future.
Positives, very small float (less then 2 mln shares).
Just 6,5 mln outstanding shares.
Looks like a big short position was built in the last 6 month from $1 down, that could easily propel the stock to over $1 once buying starts coming in.
